SHIPPING & PROCESSING:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping transit time is approximately 3-5 business days depending on USPS.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays observed by USPS.

All orders include tracking information, which will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has been shipped.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on USPS. PinkPrint.Co is not liable for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Please double check all shipping information before placing your order, as PinkPrint.Co is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact contact.pinkprint.co@gmail.com before your package ships. Additional shipping fees may apply for address changes.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages.

Customers are responsible for contacting USPS regarding any packages that have been fulfilled and shipped.

Once your package has been dropped off at the USPS facility, PinkPrint.Co is no longer liable or responsible for the package.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof of the damaged packaging or products.

ORDER ISSUES:

Any issues regarding incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to contact us within this timeframe may result in us being unable to assist further.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES:

By placing an order, you agree that chargebacks or payment disputes may not be filed for reasons outside of our control, including shipping delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or failure to read product descriptions, policies, or processing times.

Fraudulent disputes will be documented with proof of purchase, tracking information, order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and policy acknowledgment.
